| Degree | A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is required to teach at ACA. To be a homeroom teacher, your degree must be in either English or Education. For middle or high school subjects, you must have a degree in the subject area or in English. |

| Experience | 1-2 years of experience is preferred, though new graduates are often accepted. |
| TEFL | You do not need a TEFL to teach at ACA. *A TEFL license does not qualify as a teaching license. |
